I can't access the vintage videos, whetherI left or right click the "instant download" link I am taken to a payment page, after I click "Already a member" the next page loads and I click to start the download.
A dialog box then comes up asking for my username and password to connect to the site (even though I am already connected). I enter them and click OK only for the box to briefly disappear then re-appear asking for the same details. This happens three times then the page refreshes to an error message:
"ERROR 401 - Unauthorized
Sorry there has been an error!
Please navigate the GSH website from this page."
Can anyone tell me what's going wrong? |

Hi, the Vintage videos are pay per view downloads, and are separate to the members area...
Hope this clarifies your situation. |
